     Not all of them, or at least what I know, Malaguena for example, comes from Spanish, Mexican and Venezuelan origins, which varies from being a piece of music, a song (Malagueña Salerosa), or a Venezuelan folk music. If you have seen “Once upon a time in Mexico” the movie, Antonio Banderas had a really EXCELLENT performance of it. He was playing the Song’s Music which you might find it somehow different from the above – in the post – piece of music.

     Mon Amour I think it’s French, pretty clear from the name, but I’m not sure of this one like Malaguena :), I had a friend who was amazingly superb in playing Malaguena, so I know it more

     Hot Chocolate is American I think, but just like Mon Amour, I’m not sure of this

     The rest might be parsee as you have said, especially Shiraz :D, which is an amazing SoundTrack
